My Bar: My Bar is a popular bar in Grand Cayman, thanks to its spectacular beachfront location. Part of the luxury Sunset House hotel, this popular bar dazzles its patrons with one of the best views of the Grand Cayman sunset. A past winner of the Caribbean Travel and Life ‘Best Bar in the Caribbean‘ award, My Bar’s cabana-style settings are ideal for visitors to relax in and enjoy a ‘Mudslide’.

Cracked Conch by the Sea: The name may sound weird but there’s nothing strange about this popular bar on West Bay Road. Essentially a restaurant, the Cracked Conch also features a bar on its patio. Primarily a haunt for locals, nevertheless it is worth visiting for its excellent seafood. Be warned though. This popular bar tends to get crowded in the evenings and reservations are necessary to avoid waiting in long lines. The good part – The Cracked Conch is a casual place so you don’t need to dress up to dine here.

Hammerheads Brew Pub and Grill: For a true taste of local flavor, nothing beats Hammerheads. Offering an excellent view of the George Town Harbor, this popular bar brews its own beer, Cali Light. That’s not all. Hammerheads Pub also boasts of the only rum distillery on the Cayman Islands. The silver medal winning Seven Fathoms rum, true to its name, is aged under 42 feet or seven fathoms of the ocean. Try the delicious fish and chips here, made with a beer batter using the pub’s own brew.
